- Return Eligibility
Time Limit: You have 7 days from the date you received your product to request a return.
Product Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and tags. Returns will be reviewed upon receipt and will be denied if any damage or obvious signs of use are found. - Return Procedure

Fill Out a Return Request Form: We will send you a Return Request Form. Please complete it and include it with your return package.

Please make sure to select a shipping method with tracking to confirm the return status of your package. - Refunds
Once we receive and review your return request and determine that the item is eligible for return, you will receive a full refund (for the item price) which will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after review. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you received a shipping discount when purchasing, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund based on the actual shipping cost. - Exchanges
We do not provide direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your product, please follow the return process above and place a new order after receiving your refund. - Free Return Items
